Service Agreement

Wisconsin Limo Service provides luxury transportation, including airport transfers, corporate travel, and private chauffeur service. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Reservations and Bookings

All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or through approved booking platforms. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation by email, text, or phone.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including pickup location, time, number of passengers, contact information, and service type.

Payments and Pricing

All listed fleet rates include tax and gratuity, with no hidden charges. Once your booking is confirmed, your quoted rate is locked in.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Extra charges may apply for tolls, parking, added waiting time, extra stops, or service upgrades you request.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup. The 3.5% processing fee is non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup and no-shows are charged in full.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Waiting Time and Delays

Some services, such as airport pickups, include a grace period. Waiting time beyond the included period may result in extra charges.

Wisconsin Limo Service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to behave respectfully and responsibly during the ride. Any damage to vehicles caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

Smoking, illegal activity, or unsafe behavior inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Our chauffeur may end the ride if passenger behavior puts anyone’s safety at risk.

Vehicle Availability and Substitution

We work hard to provide the vehicle you booked. If needed due to availability or operational reasons, Wisconsin Limo Service may substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

Wisconsin Limo Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten personal belongings. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

Third-Party Services

Some services may be provided through trusted affiliate partners. In those cases, service may also be subject to their policies and terms.
