Booking Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via email, text, or phone. Wisconsin Limo Service is not responsible for unconfirmed or incomplete bookings.
Pricing and Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on distance, time, traffic conditions, additional stops, waiting time, or service upgrades.
Additional fees such as tolls, parking, gratuity, or special requests may apply.
Payments and Deposits
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
Any remaining balance may be charged before or after the completion of the service, depending on the booking type.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within the required notice period to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full or partial charges based on the service booked.

Changes to Reservations

Waiting Time

Flight Monitoring
For airport pickups, we monitor flight status when flight details are provided. Adjustments may be made based on delays or early arrivals; however, extended delays may still incur waiting time charges.
No-Shows
If a customer fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be considered a no-show and charged in full.
Service Availability
All services are subject to availability. Wisconsin Limo Service reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings due to operational limitations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information and ensure timely communication. Any damage to vehicles or misconduct during service may result in additional charges or termination of service.
